I’ve raised funding, failed at a startup, succeeded at another, and mentored dozens of founders. But my most rewarding work? Watching a 12-year-old pitch a lemonade stand idea with more conviction than most MBA graduates.
Kids are natural entrepreneurs — they’re curious, fearless, and creative. My job isn’t to teach them business jargon. It’s to channel that raw energy into structured thinking. By the end of my sessions, kids understand that entrepreneurship isn’t about money — it’s about solving problems for people around you.
